Orders received before 10am will receive same day delivery. Orders made after 10am will be sent next day. If you place your order after 10am and still need your flowers sent same day we can do an express delivery but fees will apply. Due to notorious traffic delays in our city we cannot guarantee specific times of delivery.

Seasonal product
All of our bouquets pictured are to be used only as a look and feel guide. In the event that certain flowers pictured are not seasonally available our floral designers will substitute those varieties with flowers of the same colour/tone that are of the same or greater value.
If there is a specific flower you wish we not use, please let us know within 15 minutes of ordering via email; however, please understand that after that time your bouquet may already be made and wrapped for delivery.
