Containing 20% roasted New Zealand hazelnuts; stoneground with single-estate cacao, resulting in a soft, buttery texture. The sweet orange and sprinkle of Marlborough sea salt lift this bar to a whole new level of deliciousness. We just can’t get enough of it.
The cacao bean inside this bar is the Trinitario varietal. A slightly hotter
roast profile was used to create a more stable base for the hazelnut flavour. Shirl + Moss hand sort, roast, crack, winnow, and stone grind for up to for 80 hours
before ageing their chocolate; then temper, mold and hand-wrap each
bar in their little factory in Wellington, New Zealand.
