TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Remove flowers/bouquet from the paper.
- Always use a freshly cleaned vase.
- Recut your stems. About 1 - 2 cm off the end is ideal.
- Place flowers in a cool position.
- Keep away from direct sunlight or heat pumps.
- Maintain water levels and change the water completely every two days.
- We do not use flower food or think it is a necessary product to use with flowers, clean water is all they should need.
RETURNS AND REPLACEMENT:
We buy the freshest flowers available but sometimes there may be stems that do not show defect until the day/days after they have left our shop. If the customer is unhappy with the product they've received, can provide proof of the issue and we are positive they have been cared for using our recommended method of care (above), we will promptly replace them within 1 business day.
Any gifts or floral supplies wishing to be returned must be in brand new resalable condition; unless faulty or defective.

Refunds can only be processed and refunded to the original credit/debit card that was used for the purchase; and must be returned in-store or posted to us.
All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST.
Orders received before 10am will receive same day delivery. Orders made after 10am will be sent next day. If you place your order after 10am and still need your flowers sent same day, we arrange an express delivery but fees will apply. Due to notorious traffic delays in our city we cannot guarantee specific times of delivery. You are always welcome to click and collect flowers during our open shop hours:
Monday - Friday: 9am to 5:30pm
Saturday: 11am to 4pm.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not deliver on weekends OR public holidays.
PRODUCT SUBSTITUTIONS/SEASONAL AVAILABILITY:
All of our bouquets pictured are to be used only as a look and feel guide. In the event that certain flowers pictured are not seasonally available our floral designers will substitute those varieties with flowers of the same colour/tone that are of the same or greater value.
If there is a specific flower you wish we not use, please let us know within 15 minutes of ordering via email; however, please understand that after that time your bouquet may already be made and wrapped for delivery.
We do not deliver on any New Zealand public holidays.
Shipping fees to cover handling and delivery are added to flowers and gifts purchased on twigandarrow.com
Shipping will be calculated on your order dependent on delivery address. Shipping fees will be clearly shown at checkout, before the order is confirmed by you and payment is processed.
